Public speaking

What is it?

Laerskool Bergsig has an outstanding language department!  Speaking is only one component of language and to show off our learners’ great talking skills and on this day, selected learners get the chance to convince us of their oratory skills. 

When does it take place?

• Term 3

General information

• Three learners per grade take part.

• Topics change every year.

• At the end of the year, the grade R to 1, grade 2-3, grade 4-5 and grade 6-7 winner gets a trophy on the Prize giving evening.
